1. Place the tubing in the groove of the tube-evac device close to where it exits the skin

2. With your other hand, hold the tubing firm between the skin and the tube-evac device.

3. Firmly squeeze the tube-evac device and pull it towards the collection bulb.

4. Advance other hand as necessary to hold the tubing.

5. The tube-evac device rolls down the tubing very easily with a small but firm squeeze to evacuate small fibrinous material and or clots to maintain a functioning drain
